摘要
大跨高墩连续梁施工通常采用反力架预压方式解决预压不便的技术难题。针对赤喀客专某特大桥菱形连续梁挂篮千斤顶反力架预压工程实例,利用固定于已浇筑好的箱梁体上的反力架,将作用力传导给连续梁的挂篮,进而模拟浇筑连续梁挂篮时的实际受力特点和情形,对底部的模板进行下压,然后调整连续梁挂篮的吊杆,由此可得连续梁挂篮各部位的变形数据,从而满足连续梁挂篮预压的要求,对类似工程施工可提供借鉴。
In the construction of continuous beams with long span and high pier,the preloading method of reaction frame can solve the technical problem of preloading inconvenience.In the preloading construction of the hoisting jack reaction stand of the rhombus hanging basket on continuous beams a reaction frame fixed on the box beam is used to transmit the force to the hanging basket on the continuous beam,and the actual force characteristics and situation of the hanging basket on the continuous beam are simulated.With the bottom plate pressed down and the suspender adjusted,the deformation data of each part of the hanging basket can be obtained so as to meet the requirements of the preloading of the hanging basket.This paper can provide some reference for similar projects.
