摘要
本文以中原工学院工程训练课程教学改革实践为例,分析了目前工程训练在高素质创新性人才培养方面存在的问题和不足,并结合我校在学科竞赛上的优势经验,将学科竞赛引入常规的工程训练,通过以学科竞赛的项目驱动式工程训练开展,将孤立的各工种密切联系起来,并充分地调动了学生参与竞赛项目的热情和兴趣,促使学生在知识储备、创新能力、工程素养、动手实践能力的综合能力提升,并取得了丰硕成果,同时找出了项目运行出现的问题并给出下一步努力的方向。
This article takes the teaching reform practice of the Engineering Training Course of Zhongyuan Institute of Technology as an example,analyzes the problems and deficiencies of high-quality innovative talents in engineering training,and combines the advantages and experience of our university in the discipline competition to introduce the discipline competition into the routine project training,Through project-driven engineering training based on discipline competitions,which closely connects isolated types of work,students'enthusiasm and interest in participating in competition projects were stimulated,The comprehensive abilities of Students'knowledge reserve,innovation ability,and engineering literacy,hands-on practical ability have been improved,And the project has achieved fruitful results.At the same time,Problems in project operation have been identified and the direction of further efforts has been given.
