摘要
如何建设现代工程训练中心,以及制定人才培养方案,充分发挥现代工程训练中心在21世纪高级工程人才培养中的作用,己成为高等工科教育研究的热点问题之一。结合作者在工程训练中心多年的管理心得,分析了基于大工程、大制造背景下的现代工程训练中心的建设模式以及训练模式。在工程训练中心建设方面,围绕大工程、大制造工业环境的建立,教学模式改革,教师资源配置方案以及相关的人才培养机制,创新平台的建立,提出了一整套方案。在训练模式方面,以现代工程能力培养为目标,提出了4个层次金字塔型结构的工程训练体系。
How to construct modern engineering training center and establish the scheme for training college students ,and use the modern engineering training center to train senior engineer in the 21st century have become the focus of research in higher engineering education. The way of constructing modern engineering training center and training mode based on big project and manufacture background is analyzed. The building industrial entironment, reform of teaching, scheme of teacher resource and innovation on how to constructing modern engineering training center should be paid more attention. A four hiberarchy and pyramidal shape training system on how to establish scheme is proposed.
