HPLC法测定含藤黄不同外用制剂中的藤黄酸含量 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立测定含藤黄不同外用制剂中藤黄酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC测定含藤黄外用制剂、实验室自制贴膏、藤黄酊、藤锌散等外用制剂中藤黄酸的含量,色谱柱为ULtimat? XB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(94∶6),流速1.0mL·min^-1,程序可变检测波长(361nm),柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果藤黄酸在0.125~0.200μg峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,4种不同含藤黄外用制剂平均回收率分别为99.97%(RSD=1.96%)、99.45%(RSD=1.07%)、98.39(RSD=1.46%)、99.68%(RSD=0.14%)。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于含藤黄不同外用制剂中的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of gambogic acid in different external preparations containing garcinia cambogia.METHOD HPLC was used to determine the content of gambogic acid in hibiscus cream,Lab-made plaster,garcinia cambogia,vinegar powder and other external preparations.The column was ULtimat? XB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(94∶6),flow rate 1.0mL·min^-1,program variable detection wavelength(361nm),column temperature 30℃,and injection volume 10μL.RESULTS The peak area of gambogic acid at 0.125~0.200μg showed a good linear relationship with the injection volume.The average recoveries of four different Garcinia camellia preparations were 99.97%(RSD=1.96%)and 99.45%(RSD=1.07%),98.39(RSD=1.46%),99.68%(RSD=0.14%).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for quality control in different external preparations containing Garcinia cambogia.
