药用藤黄化学成分的研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的研究药用藤黄(gamboge)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法,运用波谱方法确定结构。结果自药用藤黄中分离得到9个化合物,其中6个为Xanthones类化合物,分别为Prenyl moreollic acid(1),gambogic acid(2),neo-gambogic acid(3),morellin dimethyl acetal(4),gambogin(5),hanburi(6),3个其他类化合物为α-amyrin(7)、3-epibetulinic acid(8),豆甾醇(9)。结论化合物(1)为一个新的Xanthones类的化合物,化合物(7)^(9)为首次从藤黄中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Gamboge from Garcinia hanburyi Hook. F. G. METHODS The compounds were isolated by various column chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by spectral methods. RESULTS Nine compounds were obtained and identified as prenyl moreollic acid( 1 ), gambogic acid(2), neo-gambogic acid(3), morellin dimethyl acetal(4) ,gambogin(5) ,hanburi(6) ,α-amyrin(7) ,3-epibetulinic acid(8) ,stigmasterol(9). CONCLUSION Compound( 1 )was a new compound,and the compound (7) - (9)were isolated from this plant for the first time.
