摘要
随着经济、社会发展水平不断进步,公共建筑的设计标准也随着提升,绿色建筑理念的提出,对绿色公共建筑的设计要求也越来越高,传统模式下的公共建筑设计方式已经无法满足绿色建筑的要求,而且公共建筑规模、功能日趋多样化,为更好地提升绿色公共建筑设计水平,需要引进先进技术进行改善,其中BIM技术是当前建筑工程技术当中应用较为广泛的高新技术之一。论文阐述了绿色建筑的定义及绿色公共建筑设计的主要原则,分析了BIM技术应用于绿色建筑设计的优势,以及在绿色公共建筑设计过程中的具体应用。
With the continuous progress of economic and social development, the design standard of public buildings is also improved.The concept of green building is put forward, and the design requirements of green public buildings are higher and higher. The traditional design of public buildings can not meet the requirements of green buildings, and the scale and function of public buildings are becoming more and more diversified. In order to better improve the design level of green public buildings, it is necessary to introduce advanced technology for improvement, in which BIM technology is one of the most widely used high-tech in the current construction technology. This paper expounds the definition of green building and the main principles of green public building design, analyzes the advantages of BIM technology applied in green building design, as well as the specific application in the process of green public building design.
