摘要 建立绿色建筑评价体系是当今绿色建筑发展的新阶段。总结和对比分析世界各国和地区现有绿色建筑评价体系,阐述了我国绿色建筑评价体系的发展现状,重点介绍绿色奥运建筑评价体系并指出其作用及不足。 Setting up green building assessment system is the new stage of green building development today. This article summarizes and compares the green building assessment systems in the world, discuss the de- velopment of green building assessment system in China, gives a detailed introduction of green Olympic building assessment system, points out its advantages and disadvantages.
