摘要
通过分析信息化环境下科技期刊编辑职能和工作方式的转变,并结合目前科技期刊信息化发展的现状,综合归纳出科技期刊编辑的基本能力要求,总结编辑自我完善与调整的策略,探讨了信息化对编辑工作的要求,为科技期刊信息时代转型中编辑人才培养及编辑的职业发展提供参考。
By analyzing the transformation of the editorial function and working method of science and technology periodicals in the information environment,and combining with the current current development of science and technology periodicals,the basic ability requirements of scientific and technological periodical editing are summarized.Summarize the strategy of editing self-improvement and adjustment,discusses the requirements of informationization on editing work,and provides reference for the development of editing talents and editors in the transformation of information age in scientific and technological journals.
