摘要
目的 系统分析中西医配合治疗过敏性结膜炎研究文献,为综合治疗过敏性结膜炎提供客观依据。方法 采用中国知网、万方、中国科技期刊数据库(维普)、Pubmed、Cochrance library等数据库,检索中西医配合治疗为观察组、单纯西医治疗为对照组的随机对照试验研究文献。检索时间为建库至2019年7月。按照纳入及排除标准筛选文献,采用Cochrane5.1评价纳入文献质量,采用RevMan5.3对提取数据进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入文献10篇,均为中文文献,包含980例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与单纯西医治疗相比,中西医配合治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效更为显著[优势比为3.95,95%置信区间(95%CI)为2.75~5.80,P<0.000 01],改善患者临床症状[均数差(MD)为-0.65,95%CI:-0.99^-0.53,P<0.05]及体征更为明显(MD=-0.40,95%CI:-0.46^-0.33,P<0.000 01)。结论 中西医配合治疗过敏性结膜炎的总有效率优于单纯西医治疗,但纳入文献质量有限,且存在发表偏倚,故相关结论仍需更多大样本量、高质量、多中心、随机对照试验研究的支持。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis,and to provide reference for the comprehensive treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,Pubmed and Cochrance library databases were retrieved.Randomized controlled trials with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine as treatment group and western medicine as control group were searched.The retrieval time ranged from the establishment of the database to July 2019.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the quality of the included literature was evaluated by using Cochrane5.1,and the extracted data were analyzed by using RevMan5.3.Results A total of 10 Chinese literature were included,including 980 patients.Meta-analysis showed that the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on allergic conjunctivitis was more significant(OR=3.95,95%CI:2.75-5.80),P<0.00001],and could more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients(MD=-0.65,95%CI:-0.99-0.53,P<0.05)and signs(MD=-0.40,95%CI:-0.46-0.33,P<0.00001).Conclusion The total effective rate of integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine for allergic conjunctivitis could be better than western medicine alone,but the quality of the included literature was limited and there could be publication bias.Therefore,more large samples,high quality,multicenter and randomized controlled trials should be performed to support the conclusion.
