摘要
目的分析细节管理在儿科护理管理中细节管理的应用价值。方法随机选择84例从2016年3月-2019年1月于该院儿科接受诊治的患儿作为该次研究对象,并依照护理管理方案的差异性将其分别分为相对应的两组进行区别护理管理(传统组:常规护理管理;观察组:常规护理管理+细节管理)。而后就两组护理人员的护理管理质量、两组患儿的综合护理管理情况(护理差错率、医患纠纷率、不良风险事件发生率、并发症发生率)及其与家属对护理管理工作的认可度进行评估对比。结果观察组患儿的综合护理管理情况及其与家属的护理管理总认可度(92.86%)均显著优于传统组患儿的综合护理管理情况及其与家属的护理管理总认可度(71.43%),且相关数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,观察组护理人员的护理管理质量亦优于传统组护理人员,且相关数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理管理的基础上对患儿进行细节管理,能够在不断强化护理人员护理管理质量的同时进一步优化患儿的综合护理管理情况,有利于构建和谐的护患关系,提升患儿及其家属对护理管理工作的认可度。
Objective To analyze the application value of detail management in pediatric nursing management. Methods 84 children who were treated in the pediatric department of the hospital from March 2016 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the research object, and they were divided into corresponding two groups to distinguish them according to the differences in nursing management programs:(traditional group: conventional nursing management;observation group: conventional nursing management + detail management). Then, the quality of nursing management of the two groups of nursing staff, the comprehensive nursing management status of the two groups of children(nursing error rate, doctor-patient dispute rate, adverse risk event rate, and complication rate) and their family management Evaluation and comparison. Results The comprehensive nursing management status of the children in the observation group and their overall recognition of nursing management(92.86%) were significantly better than the comprehensive nursing management status of the children in the traditional group and their nursing management with their families total approval degree(71.43%), and the difference in related data was statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, the quality of nursing management of the nursing staff in the observation group was better than that of the traditional nursing staff, and the relevant data were statistically different(P <0.05). Conclusion The detailed management of children on the basis of conventional nursing management can continuously enhance the quality of nursing management of nurses while further optimizing the comprehensive nursing management of children, which is conducive to building a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, and improving children and their recognition of family members for nursing management.
