摘要
目的探讨在进行小儿护理安全管理期间细节管理应用可行性。方法选择我院2016年6月—2018年4月收治的102例小儿患者作为研究对象;采用抽签法分组后进行患儿护理安全管理方式的研究。参照组(51例):选择儿科普通护理方式完成;研究组(51例):选择儿科普通护理+细节管理方式完成;最终就两组小儿患者风险事件发生率以及患儿家属满意程度展开对比。结果与参照组小儿患者风险事件(25.49%)对比,研究组(1.96%)发生率明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);与参照组患儿家属满意程度(70.59%)对比,研究组(98.04%)满意率明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论工作人员在进行小儿护理安全管理期间,细节管理的有效应用,对于风险事件的减少可以获得明显效果,从而对于护理安全做出充分保障,并且可以将患儿家属满意程度显著提升,从而表明采用细节管理方式进行小儿护理安全管理的可行性。
Objective To explore the feasibility of detailed management during the management of child care safety.Methods 102 pediatric patients admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects of study.The method of drawing lots was used to study the safety management of children's nursing.Reference group (51 cases):Choose general nursing mode of pediatrics to complete;Study group (51 cases): Choose general nursing plus detail management in pediatrics to complete. Finally,the incidence of risk events and the satisfaction degree of family members were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of risk events in children (25.49%) was significantly lower in the study group (1.96%) and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the satisfaction rate of family members (70.59%) in the study group (98.04%) was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Staff during the period of pediatric nursing safety management,the effective application of details management to reduce risk events can obtain obvious effect,so as to make fully ensure for nursing safety,and the families of children with satisfaction can be significantly increased,which shows the detail management approach to the feasibility of pediatric nursing safety management.
