磁共振弹性成像技术对肝纤维化诊断的新进展 被引量:4

New progress of magnetic resonance elastography in diagnosis of liver fibrosis

摘要 磁共振弹性成像(magnetic resonance elastography,MRE)作为一种近年来发展的无创性磁共振成像新技术,通过剪切波定量测量活体组织内弹性硬度,在肝纤维化分期等疾病中,诊断效能较高,发挥着重要的临床应用价值。随着MRE软、硬件技术的不断发展,从MRE的成像方法、扫描序列再到数据后处理等方面都有很大的进步,笔者对其新技术的进步以及近年来MRE在诊断肝纤维化分期的对比研究方面的进展进行综述。 As a new non-invasive magnetic resonance diagnostic technique developed in recent years,magnetic resonance elastography(MRE),which can quantitatively measure the stiffness in living tissue by shear wave.MRE has high sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic performance in staging of liver fibrosis,which behave important clinical value.With the continuous development of MRE technology,hardware and software,there are great progress in the imaging methods,scanning sequences and post-processing of MRE.This paper reviews the advance of this new technology and the recently progress of MRE in staging of liver fibrosis.
