摘要
鉴于人口年龄结构变化所导致的人口老龄化大背景下,养老设施的发展规划成为当前中国城市规划建设中的重要组成部分,也是社会面临的重大民生问题。研究通过网络数据爬取,采用高德地图POI数据,基于GIS空间处理技术及统计相关分析方法,汇集探析成都市中心城区养老机构空间分布的区域、类型、规模、交通可达性、周边医疗设施配置特征及其数据现状,结合成都市专项规划《成都市养老设施规划布局2011-2020》,提出成都市中心城区养老设施供需关系与规划策略,以期为养老设施空间分布配置实证研究及规划建设提供参考建议。
In view of the population aging caused by the age structure of the population,the development plan of the old-aged facilities has become an important part of the current urban planning and construction of China,and also a major livelihood issue facing the society.Through network data crawling,using high-tech map POI data,based on GIS spatial processing technology and statistical correlation analysis methods,we analyze the spatial distribution area,type,scale,traffic accessibility and surrounding medical facilities of the old-aged care institutions in downtown Chengdu.The configuration characteristics and the status quo of the data,combined with Chengdu’s special plan"Chengdu old-aged facilities planning and layout 2011-2020",we propose the supply and demand relationship and planning strategy of the old-aged facilities in the downtown area of Chengdu,with a view to provide empirical research and planning for the spatial distribution of old-aged facilities.
