摘要
目的观察无痛胃镜麻醉中舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚的应用及效果。方法选取2018年1~12月我院行无痛胃镜诊疗患者100例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例,对照组使用芬太尼+丙泊酚麻醉;观察组则使用舒芬太尼+丙泊酚。对比两组不同时间段的生命体征变化及麻醉效果,并统计两组不良反应发生率。结果观察组麻醉优率最高,与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05);但两组麻醉优良率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者的HR、MAP、SO2等各项指标从T1~T3均显著优于对照组,且观察组各时段指标幅度波动较小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛胃镜麻醉中应用舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚的效果更佳,可缩短胃镜检查时间,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the application and effect of sufentanil combined with propofol in anesthesia for painless gastroscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Fentanyl+propofol anesthesia,and the observation group used sufentanil+propofol.The changes in vital signs and anesthesia effects of the two groups at different time periods were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was calculated.Results The excellent rate of anesthesia was the highest in the observation group,which was statistically different from that of the control group(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in the anesthesia excellent and good rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The HR,MAP,SO2 and other indicators of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group from T1 to T3,and the amplitude of the indicators in each period of the observation group fluctuated slightly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sufentanil combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy anesthesia has a better effect,shortens the time of gastroscopy and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
