摘要
基于改良西门子法多晶硅生产流程中产生的废气、废水和废渣的环境污染因素分析,提出了制定科学完善的环保管理制度、加强安全环保自动化投入、吸附净化尾气、去除生产排水离子、循环利用氯硅烷残液、做好关键部位的防腐保护、加强环保应急演练等一系列措施,以进一步提高企业的环保管控水平。
Based on the analysis of environmental pollution factors of waste gas,waste water and waste residue produced in the polysilicon production process by improved Siemens,a series of measures were proposed to improve the environmental protection control level of enterprises further,such as making the scientific and perfect environmental protection management system,strengthening automation investment of safety and environmental protection,purifying waste gas by adsorption,removing ion of waste water,recycling residual liquid of chlorosilane,doing anticorrosion protection of key parts well,and strengthening emergency response of environmental protection.
