摘要
天然气从井下采到地面进行外输前必须采用气液分离处理,分离出来的液相介质经过自动排污系统排放至污水罐后进行处理。目前苏里格气田主要采用TSS43H型疏水阀进行自动排污。该设备在不使用其它动力的条件下,使容器实现全自动排污工艺,排液过程中利用液位控制无任何天然气泄漏,能及时、连续、自动把分液罐中的沉降水排除干净,避免了人工排液操作不当带来的天然气损失,对确保供气质量、保护环境、清洁生产、消除安全隐患和解放繁重人工劳动均具有显著的作用。
Before the natural gas is transported from underground to the surface,it must be treated by gas-liquid separation.The separated liquid-phase medium is discharged to the sewage tank through the automatic sewage system for treatment.At present,tss43h type drain valve is mainly used for automatic blowdown in Sulige gas field.Under the condition that no other power is used,the equipment enables the vessel to realize the full-automatic blowdown process.During the drainage process,the liquid level control is used to prevent any natural gas leakage,It can timely,continuously and automatically remove the precipitation in the separating tank,The natural gas loss caused by improper manual drainage operation is avoided,It plays a significant role in ensuring the quality of gas supply,protecting the environment,cleaning production,eliminating potential safety hazards and liberating heavy labor.
