摘要
目的了解并分析我院住院药房第二类精神药品的临床使用情况,为临床合理使用该类药品提供参考。方法统计我院住院药房2016―2018年第二类精神药品品种、名称、规格、用量和销售金额等数据,计算用药频率(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、药品排序比(B/A)等相关指标并进行分析。结果2016―2018年,我院住院药房第二类精神药品的用量和销售金额逐年增长,酒石酸布托啡诺注射液、丁丙诺啡透皮贴剂和枸橼酸咖啡因注射液的销售金额位列前茅。而艾司唑仑片、酒石酸唑吡坦片的DDDs值始终保持前2名,药品使用频率大。各类药品的DDC逐年下降。结论苯二氮艹[]卓类药物在镇静催眠药中起主导地位,其中艾司唑仑片使用频率最高。而酒石酸布托啡诺注射液以其良好的镇痛作用使用量成倍增长,整体上第二类精神药品用量呈逐年上升的趋势,临床应用越来越广泛。
Objective To investigate the usage and variation tendency of second class psychotropic substances in our hospital,and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods The data such as varieties,names,specifications,dosage,consumption sums,frequency of drug use(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),and drug sequence ratio(B/A)of second class psychotropic substances in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were calculated and analyzed.Results The consumption sums of second class psychoactive substances increased rapidly from 2016 to 2018.The consumption sums of Butorphanol Tartrate Injection,Buprenorphine Transdermal Patches and Caffeine Citrate Injection ranked first.The DDD values of Estazolam Tablets and Zolpidem Tartrate Tablets were always in the top two,with a high frequency of drug use.DDC of various drugs decreased year by year.Conclusion Benzodiazepines occupy dominant position in sedative hypnotics,of which Estazolam Tablets are used most frequently.Butorphanol Tartrate Injection increases several times by its good analgesic effect.On the whole,the consumption of the second class psychotropic drugs is increasing year by year,and its clinical application is more and more extensive.
