摘要
目的分析天津市肿瘤医院第二类精神药品的使用情况和变化趋势,为促进临床合理用药提供依据。方法对2013—2015年天津市肿瘤医院第二类精神药品的销售量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均药费(DDC)、药品排序比(B/A)进行统计和分析。结果 2013—2015年,第二类精神药品的销售金额逐年增长,喷他佐辛注射液、地佐辛注射液、咪达唑仑注射液销售金额排名始终居前。第二类精神药物的DDDs逐年增长,地佐辛注射液、喷他佐辛注射液DDDs排名跃居前2位。2013—2014年各种精神药品的DDC基本相同,喷他佐辛注射液的DDC值较大,跃至首位。2015年所有第二类精神药品的DDC均低于10元。2015年,各种精神药品的B/A均接近于1.00。结论天津市肿瘤医院第二类精神药品使用基本合理,但个别药品存在不合理现象。
Objective To investigate the usage and variation tendency of second class psychotropic substances in Tianjin Cancer Hospital, in order to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods The utilization, consumption sums, frequency of drug use（DDDs）, defined daily cost（DDC）, and drug sequence ratio（B/A） of second class psychotropic substances in Tianjin Cancer Hospital during 2013 to 2015 were calculated and analyzed. Results The consumption sums of second class psychoactive substances increased rapidly year by year from 2013 to 2015. The consumption sums of Pentazocine Injection, Dezocine Injection, and Midazolam Injection ranked first. DDDs of second class psychoactive substances increased year by year from 2013 to 2015, and DDDs of Dezocine Injection and Pentazocine Injection ranked the first and the second in 2015. In 2013 and 2014, DDC of second class psychotropic substances was basically stable, and DDDs of Pentazocine Injection ranked the first. DDC of all the second class psychotropic substances were lower than 10 Yuan in 2015. B/A of most second class psychotropic substances was closed to 1.00 in 2015. Conclusion The utilization of second class psychotropic substances in Tianjin Cancer Hospital is rational on the whole, but there are still some problems.
