摘要
HT-L是一种气流床下行激冷的气化炉,其中,激冷环是气化炉的核心部件,其工况直接影响到气化炉乃至整套装置的运行。根据激冷环工作原理及实际使用情况,对其结构进行了改进,不仅延长了气化炉的运行周期,而且提高了整套装置的生产稳定性。
HT-L is a kind of gasifier with bottom quenching of entrained-flow bed,in which the quenching ring is a core component of gasifier,whose working condition directly affects the operation of gasifier and even the whole unit.According to the working principle and actual application status of the quenching ring,its structure is improved,which not only prolongs the operation cycle of the gasifier,but also improves the production stability of the whole unit.
