摘要
简要介绍齐鲁煤气化装置运行概况以及Texaco煤气化激冷水系统存在的问题,从系统结垢堵塞、冲刷腐蚀以及激冷环失效、激冷水泵故障等几个方面进行了原因分析并提出解决办法,消除制约煤气化装置长周期运行的瓶颈。
This paper briefly introduced the running situations of Qilu coal gasification unit, and problems existing in the chilling water system of Texaco coal gasification unit. The break- down were analyzed from several aspects, including scaling blockage of the system, scouring e- rosion, the quench ring failures and the chilling water pump trouble, and the solution to elimi- nate the bottleneck restricting long term operation of the coal gasification unit was given.
