商用车电加热燃油预热系统设计与应用

摘要 市场客户反馈商用车在冬季或高寒地区使用过程中,常常会出现因温度过低造成油箱内柴油变稠甚至凝结成蜡状体,车辆打不着火,堵塞油路、滤清器、燃油泵及喷油器等机械故障问题。针对以上问题,进行电加热燃油预热系统专项开发设计。车辆在实际工况批量验证结果表明,该技术方法彻底解决了上述燃油系统问题,同时柴油燃烧效率提高了5%,综合节省柴油8%~10%。为提高燃油的可靠性、安全性、经济性提供了一种有效的解决方案。 Market customers have reported that during the use of commercial vehicles in winter or in alpine-cold areas,too low temperature often causes diesel fuel in the fuel tank to thicken or even condense into waxy bodies,and the vehicle cannot catch fire,blocking oil passages,filters,fuel pump and injector.In view of the above problems,a special development and design of the electric heating fuel preheating system is carried out.The batch verification results of the vehicle in actual working conditions show that the technical method completely solves the above fuel system problems,the diesel combustion efficiency is increased by 5%,and the overall diesel fuel savings are 8%to 10%.It provides an effective solution for improving the reliability,safety and economy of fuel.
