摘要
建立柴油机起动过程试验系统,并利用瞬时转速分析不同拖动时间、不同拖动转矩和不同供油量等条件对柴油机起动过程的影响。试验结果表明利用瞬时转速能够判断柴油机着火首循环以及辅助分析燃烧组织的优劣。适当增加拖动时间、提高拖动转矩有利于改善柴油机起动性能。增加起动过程中的供油量,有助于发动机快速进入怠速稳定转速。
A test system is built for studying the starting process of diesel engine. The effects of different motoring times, motoring torques and fuel supply on the starting process of diesel engine are analyzed based on instantaneous rotation speed. The test results show that by using instantaneous rotation speed, the first ignition cycle of diesel engine can be identified and an auxiliary analysis on combustion process can also be performed. Properly increasing motoring torque or prolonging motoring time can improve starting performance, while increasing fuel supply in starting process will reduce the transitional period from start to steady idling.
