摘要
目的探讨全程护理联合风险护理模式在普外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月我院收治的136例普外科手术患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字法将其分为对照组与研究组,各68例。对照组给予常规围术期护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予全程护理联合风险护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组的护理风险事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理质量与护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全过程护理联合风险护理模式可有效提高普外科手术患者的护理质量,预防护理风险事件发生,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of whole course nursing combined with risk nursing mode in general surgery patients.Methods From May 2018 to may 2019,136 cases of general surgery patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number method,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the study group was given whole course nursing combined with risk nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of nursing risk events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality and satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course nursing combined with risk nursing mode can effectively ameliorate the nursing quality of general surgery patients,prevent the occurrence of nursing risk events,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
