摘要
目的探讨手术室护理风险管理过程中应用安全隐患自查模式的效果。方法选取惠州市中心人民医院（以下简称＂我院＂）2013年1-3月普外科收治的择期手术患者共100例作为对照组,另外选取我院2013年4-6月普外科收治的择期手术患者共100例作为观察组,我院自2013年4月起在手术室护理风险管理过程中采取安全隐患自查模式。比较观察组与对照组患者的风险事件发生率、护理满意度,并对临床护理人员（20名）安全隐患意识进行评价。结果观察组风险事件总发生率为8.0%,对照组风险事件总发生率为18.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2013年4-6月护理人员的安全隐患意识情况明显优于2013年1-3月,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在手术室护理风险日常管理过程中,应用安全隐患自查模式能够显著降低各项风险的发生率,并提高患者对于护理工作的满意度,使护理人员的安全隐患意识得到提高,值得推广与应用。
Objective To discuss the risk management process operating room nursing application effect of self-inspection mode for hidden danger. Methods From January to March 2013, in Department of General Surgery of Huizhou Municipal Central Hospital（ ＂our hospital＂ for short）, 100 patients undergoing elective surgery were selected as the control group, 100 patients undergoing elective surgery from April to June 2013, in Department of General Surgery of our hospital were selected as the observation group. Since April 2013, self-inspection mode for hidden danger was carried on in nursing risk management process at Operating Room. The risk event rate, nursing satisfaction and sense of security risks at different stages of clinical nurses（20 persons） were evaluated. Results The risk event rate of the observation group was 8.0%, which of the control group was 18.0%, two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction scores of observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The safety consciousness of clinical nurses in April to June 2013 was better than that in January to March 2013, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the daily operating room nursing risk management process, the application of self-inspection mode for hidden danger can significantly reduce the incidence of the risk and improve patients＇ satisfaction for nursing work, improve nurses＇ sense of self-inspection mode for hidden danger, it is worth promotion and application.
