摘要
目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者应用鼻内镜手术与药物联合治疗的临床效果。方法将106例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(鼻内镜手术治疗)与观察组(鼻内镜手术与药物联合治疗),各53例。比较两组治疗前、后嗅觉功能,临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组嗅觉功能评分低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者采用鼻内镜手术与药物联合治疗,可有效改善嗅觉功能及临床疗效,减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of endoscopic sinus surgery and drugs in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were divided into control group(endoscopic sinus surgery)and observation group(endoscopic sinus surgery combined with drugs)by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The olfactory function before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the olfactory function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of endoscopic sinus surgery and drugs for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can improve olfactory function and clinical efficacy and reduce complications.
