摘要
目的分析地塞米松联合前列地尔治疗突发性耳聋对患者听力功能的改善效果。方法将2014年1月至2019年1月我院收治的116例突发性耳聋患者按治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,各58例。对照组给予前列地尔治疗,观察组在此基础上给予地塞米松治疗。比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的PV、FIB水平、RCAI及1、2、4 kHz听力阈值均降低,生活质量评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地塞米松联合前列地尔治疗突发性耳聋的效果显著,可改善血液流变学,提高听力功能。
Objective To analyze the improvement effect of dexamethasone combined with alprostadil in the treatment of sudden deafness on hearing function of patients.Methods A total of 116 patients with sudden deafness admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment methods,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprostadil,on this basis,the observation group was treated with dexamethasone.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the PV,levels of FIB,RCAI and hearing threshold of 1,2,4 kHz in the two groups decreased,the quality of life scores increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dexamethasone combined with alprostadil has significant effect in the treatment of sudden deafness,which can improve hemorheology and hearing function.
