摘要
目的观察前列地尔联合弥可保治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法选取突发性耳聋80例,随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组采用前列地尔20μg加0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉注射,1次/d,同时联合弥可保治疗;对照组采用弥可保注射液500μg加0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉注射,1次/d,3周为1个疗程。治疗后比较两组纯音测听、耳鸣、眩晕的改善情况。结果两组治疗后纯音测听均有明显提高,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组耳聋治疗的总有效率为90%,对照组为72.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合弥可保治疗突发性耳聋、耳鸣效果理想。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of lipo-prostagland in E1 with Algobaz therapy in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus.Methods 80 patients with sudden deafness were divided into treatment group（n=40） and control group（n=40） randomly.Patients in treatment group were given lipo-prostagland in E1（20μg） plus Sodium Chloride injection（0.9%） combined with Algobaz（500μg） plus Sodium Chloride injection（0.9%） once a day.While patients in control group were given Algobaz（500μg） plus Sodium Chloride injection（0.9%） once a day.3 weeks as a course only.Results After treatment,hearing impairment in the two groups improved signification compared with that before treatment（P0.05）.The effective rates of hearing loss improvement in treatment group were 90% respectively,significatantly higher than that of control group 72.5%（P0.05）.Conclusion Lipo-prostagland in E1 with Algobaz therapy should be an ideal choice for patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus.
