摘要
目的探究西酞普兰联合坦度螺酮治疗老年高血压合并焦虑抑郁的效果。方法选取2016年2月至2019年3月于我院就诊的80例老年高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,各40例。对照组采用西酞普兰治疗,研究组采用西酞普兰联合坦度螺酮治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的HAMA、HAMD评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论西酞普兰联合坦度螺酮治疗老年高血压合并焦虑抑郁可缓解患者的负性情绪,且不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of citalopram combined with tandospirone in the treatment of elderly hypertension with anxiety and depression.Methods From February 2016 to March 2019,80 elderly patients with hypertension and anxiety and depression treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with citalopram,and the study group was treated with citalopram combined with tandospirone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Citalopram combined with tandospirone in the treatment of elderly hypertension with anxiety and depression can alleviate the negative emotions of patients,with low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
