摘要
目的探讨窄谱紫外线治疗仪治疗银屑病的临床效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的60例银屑病患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用窄谱紫外线治疗仪进行治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组PASI评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。两组的皮肤不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论窄谱紫外线治疗仪治疗银屑病的临床效果显著,可改善临床症状,且不良反应少,应用价值高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of narrow spectrum ultraviolet therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods A total of 60 psoriasis patients treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the order of treatment,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the observation group was treated with narrow spectrum ultraviolet therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the PASI scores of the two groups reduced significantly,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidences of skin adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The narrow spectrum ultraviolet therapeutic apparatus has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of psoriasis,which can improve the clinical symptoms,with less adverse reactions and high application value.
