摘要
药物性皮疹为晚期肺癌患者靶向药治疗期间常见的皮肤不良反应,对患者的生活质量造成较大的影响,国内外文献报道治疗本病多无特殊处理或疗效不佳,中医药治疗具有一定的优势。文章从发病机制及辨证论治方面,通过对病机的阐述和病案的剖析,简要介绍了花宝金教授辨治肺癌靶向药物相关性皮疹的经验及特色。
Drug rash is a common adverse skin reaction during targeted drug therapy in patients with advanced lung cancer,which can affect patients'quality of life.It is reported that there is no special methods or good curative effect in the treatment of this disease.Chinese medicine has certain advantages for this disease.This article discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of syndrome differentiation through the elaboration of the pathogenesis and the analysis of typical cases,introduces professor HUA Baojin's experience and characteristics on differentiation and treatment of rash related to targeted drug in lung cancer.
