摘要
“双一流”建设离不开安全稳定的校园环境,高校安全文化建设对高校运行发展具有十分重要的作用。本文运用调查研究法和文献研究法,分析高校安全教育和管理现状,提出构建高校安全文化的基本思路,并从推进安全教育课程、构建校园安全文化常规载体、培育安全教育管理服务队伍、构建和加强平安校园体系建设等角度探讨高校安全文化建设的新路径。
The construction of"double first class"is inseparable from the safe and stable campus environment,and the construction of safety culture in Colleges and universities plays an important role in the operation and development of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of safety education and management in Colleges and universities by using the methods of investigation and literature research,puts forward the basic ideas of constructing safety culture in Colleges and universities,and probes into the new path of safety culture construction in Colleges and universities from the perspectives of promoting safety education courses,constructing the regular carrier of safety culture in campus,cultivating the service team of safety education management,constructing and strengthening the construction of safety campus system,etc.
