摘要
文章基于"脾主运化""肥人多痰""百病皆由痰作祟""痰即无形之火""津血同源""肺外合皮毛"等中医基础理论分别探讨了痰证与水液代谢、能量代谢酶、糖代谢、氧自由基、黏附因子、植物神经系统、血脂异常、血液流变学、免疫功能和基因组学等现代生物学基础因素之间的关系。从中西医结合的角度阐释了痰证的现代生物学内涵。
Based on the basic theories of TCM,such as“spleen governing transportation”“obesitypeople with more phlegm”“most diseases caused by phlegm”“phlegm being invisible fire”“blood and body fluidbeing homologous”“lung relating to skin”,this paper discussed the relationships of phlegm syndrome and water metabolism,energy metabolism enzymes,sugar metabolism,oxygen free radicals,adhesion factors,vegetative nervous system,lipid abnormality,hemorheology,immune function and genomics.The modern biological connotation of phlegm syndrome is explained from the angle of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
