颈动脉粥样硬化患者脉图参数特征研究 被引量:2

Characteristics of Pulse Pattern Parameters in Patients with Carotid Atherosclerosis

摘要 目的研究颈动脉粥样硬化患者的脉图参数特征,为颈动脉硬化脉象形成原因提供客观依据。方法应用DS01-C脉象诊测信息采集系统采集25例正常人与31例颈动脉粥样硬化患者的压力脉图,分析脉图的时域特征参数。结果斑块组的左手h5,右手h5、h5/h1小于正常组,强回声组右手的h5、h5/h1小于正常组,w1/t大于等回声组,混合回声组的右手h5、h5/h1小于正常组;斑块组的左手t5/t4、右手脉率与内中膜厚度呈负相关,强回声组的t5、t与内中膜厚度呈负相关,等回声组的右手t2、t1/t与内中膜厚度呈正相关。结论颈动脉粥样硬化患者的脉图参数具有特征性,与超声指标之间有一定的相关性,不同回声特征患者的脉图参数具有不同特征,脉图参数能在一定程度上反映颈动脉粥样硬化的状况,为颈动脉粥样硬化的脉诊和脉图参数量化诊断提供了一定的客观依据。 Objective To study the characteristics of pulse wave in carotid atherosclerosis patients and provide an objective basis for the mechanism of pulse condition formation.Methods Pressure pulse diagrams of 32 normal patients and 44 patients with carotid atherosclerosis were collected by DS01-C pulse diagnosis and measurement information collection system,and the time-domain characteristic parameters of pulse diagrams were analyzed.Results H5 of the left hand,h5 and h5/h1 of the right hand of the plaque group were smaller than the normal group,h5 and h5/h1 of the right hand of the strong echo group were smaller than the normal group,it’s w1/t was larger than the isoecho group,and h5 and h5/h1 of the mixed echo group were smaller than the normal group.In the plaque group,the left hand t5/t4 and right hand pulse rate were negatively correlated with IMT;in the strong echo group,t5 and t were negatively correlated with IMT;in the isoecho group,right hand t2 and t1/t were positively correlated with IMT.Conclusions Pulse pattern parameters of patients with carotid atherosclerosis show some characteristics,and there was some correlation between pulse pattern parameters and ultrasound indexes,while the pulse diagram parameters of patients with different echo characteristics have different characteristics,and the pulse diagram parameters can reflect the status of carotid atherosclerosis to some extent,providing a certain objective basis for the pulse diagnosis and quantitative diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis.
