摘要
目的为了探讨细节管理在神经内科护理管理当中的具体措施以及应用效果。方法案例一:选取了我院在2018年1月至2018年12月神经内科收治的60例患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机分组法将患者分为了对照组和观察组,每组各30例患者。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用了细节管理方法。案例二:选取了我院在2017年1月至2017年12月神经内科收治的100例患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将患者分为了实验组和对照组,每组各50例患者。对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组采用细节管理方法。结果案例一:对照组采用的常规护理方式护理满意度只有73.3%,而观察组采用细节护理方式的护理满意度高达93.3%;对照组的健康知识知晓率为60.0%,而观察组的健康知识知晓率为86.7%;对照组的护理人员态度也明显低于观察组。案例二:实验组患者在护理宣传教育、护理态度和护理满意度都明显高于对照组。结论做好细节管理就能够提高服务质量和水平,构建良好的医患关系,值得在今后的护理管理中广泛应用。
Objective In order to explore the specific measures and application effect of detail management in nursing management of neurology department.Method Case 1:From January 2018 to December 2018,60 patients admitted to the Department of Neurology in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study,The patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).Case 2:From January 2017 to December 2017,100 patients admitted to the Department of Neurology in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 patients in each group.Results Case 1:The satisfaction rate of routine nursing in control group was only 73.3%.In the observation group,the nursing satisfaction rate was up to 93.3%when the detailed nursing method was adopted.The awareness rate of health knowledge in the control group was 60.0%,while that in the observation group was 86.7%.Conclusion Good detail management can improve the quality and level of service and build a good doctor-patient relationship,which is worthy to be widely used in nursing management in the future.
