摘要
目的研究细节管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的88例神经内科患者,并随机分为观察组和对照组,各44例。观察组实行细节护理管理,对照组实施常规护理管理。3个月后,对两组患者的护理效果进行分析并记录。结果经过管理后,观察组并发症发生率为11.36%,对照组并发症发生率为34.09%。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论将细节管理方法应用于神经内科护理管理中,可有效改善患者的并发症情况,临床效果良好。
Objective To study the application effect of detail management in the nursing management in department of neurology. Methods 88 cases in department of neurology in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group had 44 cases, the control group had 44 cases. Observation group received details nursing management, control group received routine nursing management. After 3 months, the nursing effect of the two groups were analyzed and recorded. Results After administration, the complication rate of the observation group was 11.36%, and the complication rate of the control group was 34.09%. By comparison, the difference between the two groups was obvious, P0.05. Conclusion The details nursing management applied in department of neurology can effectively improve the patient＇s complications.
