摘要
目的分析探讨中老年心脑血管疾病的预防及护理效果。方法本次采取随机数字表法,将我院于2017年2月至2018年2月收治的90例中老年心脑血管疾病患者分成两组,其中对照组45例给予常规护理方法,观察组45例给予综合护理方法,进一步比较两组护理效果。结果①在心脑血管不良时间总发生率方面,观察组的2.22%,和对照组的35.56%对比显著要低,两组之间数据存在明显差异性(P<0.05)。②护理前,两组SAS、SDS评分均没有显著差异性(P>0.05);通过有效护理之后,在SAS、SDS评分上观察组均显著要比对照组低,两组数据之间存在明显差异性(P>0.05)。③观察组护理总满意度的95.56%,和对照组的75.56%对比显著要高,两组之间数据存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对中老年心脑血管疾病患者,采取综合护理方法能够预防心脑血管不良事件的发生,改善患者的心理状态,进一步使患者对护理满意度提升;所以,具备推广与使用的价值。
Objective To analyze the preventive and nursing effects of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in middle-aged and old people.Methods Ninety middle-aged and elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups,45 cases in the control group were given routine nursing methods,45 cases in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing methods,and the nursing effects of the two groups were further compared.Results(1)In terms of the total incidence of adverse cardio-cerebrovascular time,the observation group was 2.22%,signifi cantly lower than the control group's 35.56%,and there were signifi cant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Before nursing,there was no signifi cant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after effective nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group,and there was signifi cant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.56%,which was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(75.56%).There was a signifi cant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,comprehensive nursing can prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events,improve the psychological state of patients,and further enhance the satisfaction of patients with nursing.Therefore,it has the value of promotion and use.
