摘要
目的探讨护理干预对全脑血管造影术后并发症的预防效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月本院收治的行全脑血管造影检查术患者80例,按照随机数字法分为两组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组针对并发症护理。比较两组出现全脑血管造影术后护理相关并发症发生情况,统计两组发现并发症报告医师时间及护理质量,两组术后1周患者神经功能评分和生活能力评分。结果观察组出现全脑血管造影术后护理相关并发症,如:皮肤出血、肺部感染、穿刺部位血肿及尿潴留的整体比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组发现并发症报告医师时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),同时护理整体评分高于干预前组(P<0.05),观察组术后1周时,神经功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对全脑血管造影术患者,针对可能的并发症实施有效的护理干预,对减少并发症发生率,提高护理质量,促进患者恢复有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of nursing intervention on postoperative complications with whole cerebral angiography.Methods 80 cases with whole cerebral angiography admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two group,40 cases each.The control group were received routine care and the observation group were treated for complications.Then the incidence of nursing-related complications after cerebral angiography was compared between the two groups and the time and care quality of the complication reported in the two groups were compared.The neurological function score and life ability score of the two groups were 1 week after operation were compared.Results In the observation group,the complications related to nursing after cerebral angiography,such as skin hemorrhage,pulmonary infection,hematoma at the puncture site and urinary retention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The physician’s time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the overall nursing score in the observation group was higher than that of the pre-intervention group(P<0.05).The neurological function score was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The ability score in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral angiography,effective nursing intervention for possible complications has a great value in reducing the incidence of complications,so it can improve the care quality and promoting patient recovery.
