摘要
目的通过促进以患者为中心的学习,提高脑卒中后便秘患者的健康教育效果,促进其便秘症状改善,提升患者满意度。方法选取我院脑病科两个病区脑卒中便秘患者67例,一病区35例,设为对照组予常规宣教;二病区32例,设为对照组应用L.E.A.R.N.S模式实施健康教育,比较两组患者便秘症状改善情况、护患关系改善情况及两个病区护理人员健康教育能力改善情况。结果试验组患者便秘症状自评得分较对照组显著改善(P<0.05),患者生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护患关系信任度和患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理人员健康教育能力得到显著提高(P<0.05)。结论应用L.E.A.R.N.S模式对脑卒中便秘患者实施健康教育可以改善患者便秘症状,提高生存质量,提升患者满意度,促进护患和谐,提高护理健康教育服务能力。
Objective By Promoting the patient-centered learning,to improve the healthy education effect of constipation patients of stroke,relive the constipation symptoms,and improve the patients'satisfaction.Methods we selected 67 patients with stroke constipation hospitalized in the No1 and No2 department of encephalopathy in our hospital.35 of them from the No1 department were set as the control group,Being given regular health education.The other 32 from No2 department as the experimental group,were giving the patient-centered learning.To compared The improvement of constipation symptom,nursing relationship and education ability of nurses in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the selfevaluation score of constipation symptoms and quality of life in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The relationship trust and patient satisfaction were higher(P<0.05).And the education ability of nursing staff was significantly improved too(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of L.E.A.R.N.S healthy education model in constipation patients after stroke can improve their constipation symptoms.Improve the quality of life,improve patient satisfaction,promote the harmony between nursing and patient,and improve the healthy education service ability of nursing.
