人工入海河口闸下引河减淤对策探讨

Discussion on Countermeasures for Siltation Reduction in Rivers under the Tidal Gate of Artificial Estuary

摘要 地处淤泥质海岸的人工入海河口的防潮闸下引河存在泥沙淤积问题,导致河道泄流能力严重衰减,威胁下游地区防洪排涝安全。在分析闸下引河泥沙淤积的主要原因、影响因素和冲淤特性的基础上,提出应采取河道整治和工程管理综合措施,以较低的费用维持人工入海河口畅通,保障防洪排涝安全。 Sedimentation problem exists in the downstream channel of the tidal gate at the artificial estuary of muddy coast,which causes the river discharge capacity to be seriously attenuated,threatens flood control and drainage safety in the down stream areas.Based on the analysis of main causes,influencing factors and erosion and siltation characteristics of the sedi ment in the downstream of the tidal gate,comprehensive measures for river regulation and project management are proposed to maintain the smooth flow of artificial estuary at low cost and to ensure the safety of flood control and drainage.
