早期营养干预在重症脑梗死患者中的临床研究 被引量:13

摘要 重症脑梗死是一种急性缺血性脑血管病,既包括颈部与颅内较大动脉急性阻塞导致的大面积脑梗死,又包括重要脑区供血动脉急性阻塞而导致的重要脑区梗死[1]。重症脑梗死患者因发生应激反应而处于一种能量分解亢进、糖脂代谢紊乱的高代谢状态,从而易出现负氮平衡、低蛋白血症、高糖血症等情况。随着病情的进展,患者脑水肿的扩大、颅内压的增高以及脑干、下丘脑等重要脑区损伤导致的植物神经功能紊乱,患者的胃肠功能逐渐减弱,倘若无法满足患者的营养需求,常容易出现营养不良、免疫功能低下的情况,继而损伤机体的组织器官。同时重症脑梗死患者往往合并吞咽困难、意识障碍,更容易发生营养状态失衡而影响疾病的病程进展及预后。本文对重症脑梗死患者的营养状况及相关营养支持进行综述。
