摘要
真空冷冻干燥技术是中药材脱水干燥的新技术。通过对国内冻干鹿茸加工工艺文献的归纳整理,结合研究实践,概括了冻干鹿茸的工艺研究现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了未来的研究方向,以期为今后的研究和产品生产提供参考。
Vacuum freeze-drying technology is a novel-tech of dehydration and drying of Chinese herbal medicines.Combined with the summary of domestic literature and the author’s research experience,this paper summarized the current research status,analyzed the existing problems and put forward the future research direction on freeze-dried deer antler process,so as to provide useful information for the future research and product production.
