摘要
数控机床是制造行业中重要的组成部分,目前数控机床的能耗率普遍降低,过多的能源消耗会造成能源负担增加。针对这一问题,本文提出一种基于切削参数的数控机床加工能耗优化方法,通过确定切削参数优化变量及目标函数、增设数控机床加工能耗约束条件以及求解基于切削参数的数控机床加工能耗优化函数,实现对数控机床加工能耗的优化。对比试验证明,与传统数控机床相比,优化后的数控机床能耗明显降低,因此在实际的工业生产加工中具有更高的应用价值。
CNC machine tools are an important part of the manufacturing industry,at present,the energy consumption rate of CNC machine tools is generally reduced,and excessive energy consumption will cause an increase in energy burden.In view of this problem,this paper proposed a method for optimizing machining energy consumption of CNC machine tools based on cutting parameters,and achieved optimization of machining energy consumption of CNC ma chine tools by determining the optimization parameters and objective functions of cutting parameters,adding con straints on the machining energy consumption of CNC machine tools,and solving the optimization functions of ma chining energy consumption based on cutting parameters.The comparative experiment proves that compared with the traditional CNC machine tools,the energy consumption of the optimized CNC machine tools is significantly reduced,so it has higher application value in actual industrial production and processing.
