摘要
本研究通过离子色谱法同时测定瓜蒌皮注射液中1种阴离子(氯离子)及2种阳离子(钠离子和铵离子)的含量。采用ICS-5000离子色谱仪,抑制型电导检测器,阴离子测定选择IonPac AS11-HC色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm,13μm),20 mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液等度洗脱;阳离子测定选择IonPac CS12A色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm,8.5μm),20 mmol/L甲磺酸溶液等度洗脱。结果显示,阴阳离子基本达到基线分离,线性关系良好,相关系数的范围为0.9962~0.9999,平均回收率分别在98.2%~99.9%。此方法快速、简便、专属、灵敏,可用于瓜蒌皮注射液中阴阳离子的含量测定和质量控制。
An ion chromatography method for determination of chloride and two cations(sodium and ammonium)in Gualoupi injection was established in this study.Thermo ICS-5000 Ion Spectrometer with inhibitory electrical conductivity detector was adopted.For chloride,IonPac AS11-HC column(4 mm×250 mm,13μm)was chosen,and eluted by 20 mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution.While IonPac CS12A column(4 mm×250 mm,8.5μm)was used for cations with a mobile phase of 20 mmol/L methanesulfonic acid solution.All ions could be separated and revealed good linear relationships.Their linear correlations over the investigated concentration were in the range of 0.9962-0.9999,and the average recoveries ranged from 98.2%to 99.9%,respectively.The method is rapid,simple,specific,sensitive and suitable for determination and quality control of the anion and cations in Gualoupi injection.
