摘要
目的探讨中成药在住院的老年2型糖尿病患者中的使用情况。方法收集368位住院的老年2型糖尿病患者资料,分为心血管疾病组、脑血管疾病组、老年病组、内分泌组,评价口服中成药使用的合理性。结果老年2型糖尿病患者合并多种疾病,平均口服药物6.5种。中成药的使用率为50.8%,活血化瘀类理血剂使用最多。在使用中存在未辨病辨证论治、药物遴选、联合用药不合理等现象。结论中成药的使用亟待进行规范化的管理。
Objective To explore the use of Chinese patent medicine in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Collect 368 data of hospitalized elderly type 2 diabetes patients,Divided into cardiovascular disease group,cerebrovascular disease group,senile disease group,endocrine group.We evaluation of rationality of Chinese patent drug.Results Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with multiple diseases,6.5 species of average oral drug.The utilization rate of the Chinese patent medicine was 50.8%.The most commonly used blood regulating agents for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.There were some unreasonable phenomena such as syndrome differentiation and treatment of undiagnosed diseases,drug selection and combination of drugs.Conclusion The use of proprietary Chinese medicine needs to be standardized management.
