摘要
运用三阶段超效率DEA-SBM模型对我国部分省级区域2011~2013年碳排放交易市场建立前和2014~2016年碳排放交易市场建立后的碳排放效率的差异进行分析,并采用SFA方法探究碳排放效率的影响因素。结果显示:碳交易市场建立后,科技支撑水平会减少对资本和劳动力人口的消耗,能促进碳排放效率的提高。应加快推进全国碳排放交易市场建设,增加碳金融产品种类,形成碳交易价格的发现机制。
Three-staged super efficiency DEA-SBM model is applied to analyze whether there are differences in carbon emission efficiency among some provincial level regions before the establishment of carbon market in 2011-2013 and those after the establishment in 2014-2016.And SFA method is also used to explore the influencing factors of carbon emission efficiency.The results show that after the establishment of carbon trading market,raising the level of scientific and technological support will reduce the consumption of capital and labor population.We should speed up the construction of the national carbon market,increase the types of carbon financial products,and form a discovery mechanism for carbon trading prices.
