摘要
在全要素生产技术框架下,考虑非期望产出,采用非径向、非角度的SBM超效率模型对中国各省份二氧化碳排放效率进行了测算,将二氧化碳排放效率进一步分解为纯技术效率与规模效率,并计算了各省份产出与二氧化碳的目标值、增进空间与减排潜力。研究结果表明:中国二氧化碳排放效率总体上处于较低水平,纯技术效率作用大于规模效率,但省份之间差距很大,半数以上的省份二氧化碳减排潜力超过50%,中国整体的减排空间巨大。最后,基于上述结论提出了建议。
Based on the technical framework of total factor production, considered undesirable outputs, the paper uses no radial and no angle SBM super efficiency model to calculate the efficiency of carbon dioxide emissions of Chinese provinces, and decomposes the efficiency into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, and calculates improvement output and carbon dioxide emission reduction potential. The research results show that: the overall efficiency of China on carbon dioxide emissions is at a low level, and has a large gap between provinces; pure technical efficiency is greater than the scale efficiency. The potential for carbon dioxide emissions is more than 50% in half of the provinces; China's overall emission reduction space is huge. Finally, suggestions are put forward based on the above conclusions.
