摘要
目的:观察头针配合言语功能训练治疗运动性失语的临床疗效。方法:选取60例中风后运动性失语患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予言语功能训练治疗,观察组在言语功能训练基础上配合头针针刺言语区治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组失语症状严重程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组自发谈话、理解、复述及命名评分均较治疗前提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上述4项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组改良Barthel指数评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针配合言语功能训练治疗运动性失语效果优于单纯言语功能训练治疗。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with speech function training for motor aphasia.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with motor aphasia dysfunction after stroke were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with speech function training,and the observation group was additionally treated with scalp acupuncture in speech area based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect in the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the severity of aphasia in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of spontaneous speech,comprehension,retelling and nomenclature in the two groups were all improved when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);the above four scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Modified Barthel Index in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,the scores of Modified Barthel Index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of scalp acupuncture combined with speech function training in treating motor aphasia has better curative effect than that of speech function training alone.
