苏州市室内外空气颗粒物中内毒素初步研究 被引量:1

Endotoxin in particulate matters in outdoor and indoor air in Suzhou

摘要 目的通过采集室内外PM10和PM2.5,对其中内毒素含量进行初步研究。方法于2018年1月选择良好天气和重度污染天气各1 d,对苏州市某高校实验室和某家庭居室分别设立室内和室外采样点各3个,采集空气PM10和PM2.5,检测其中内毒素含量。结果室外PM2.5、PM10中的内毒素含量分别为(0.033 4±0.013 4)、(0.056 4±0.019 8)EU/m3,室内分别为(0.027 1±0.011 6)、(0.041 0±0.005 9)EU/m3,室外空气颗粒物中内毒素含量均高于室内,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PM10中内毒素含量[(0.048 7±0.015 9)EU/m3]高于PM2.5[(0.030 3±0.012 1)EU/m3],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次调查的苏州市室内外空气颗粒物中存在一定的内毒素污染。 Objective To know the content of endotoxin in PM10 and PM2.5 in outdoor and indoor air. Methods The PM10 and PM2.5 samples were collected in the indoor and outdoor air in a college laboratory and a family room in Suzhou.Air sampling was conducted at one day with higher air quality and another day with lower air quality in January 2018 respectively. The concentrations of airborne endotoxin were measured. Results The concentrations of airborne endotoxin were(0.033 4±0.013 4) EU/m3 and(0.056 4±0.019 8) EU/m3 in PM2.5 and PM10 samples collected from outdoor air,and were(0.027 1±0.011 6) EU/m3 and(0.0410 ±0.0059) EU/m3 in PM2.5 and PM10 samples collected from indoor air respectively.The endotoxin concentrations in particulate matter in outdoor air were higher than those in indoor air,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In addition,the endotoxin concentrations in PM10 samples [(0.048 7±0.015 9) EU/m3] were higher than those in PM2.5[(0.030 3±0.012 1)EU/m3],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Contamination of endotoxin exsits in particulate matters collected from indoor and outdoor air in a certain degree in Suzhou.
