不同地区室外大气及个体暴露PM_(2.5)浓度的关联性研究 被引量:3

Relationship between PM_(2.5)concentration of ambient air and personal exposure in different areas in China

摘要 目的了解不同地区室外环保监测站点PM_(2.5)浓度与个体暴露监测PM_(2.5)之间的关系,为更好地开展人群PM_(2.5)健康风险评估提供支持。方法于2017年9月—11月在黑龙江省哈尔滨市道里区、山东省山东大学历城区、河北省石家庄市辛集市和四川省成都市青羊区四个地区共选取79名调查对象开展个体PM_(2.5)暴露水平的监测,同时开展问卷调查,记录调查对象的时间-活动模式并收集附近环保站点的PM_(2.5)浓度数据,采用Spearman相关分析个体暴露浓度与室外环保监测站点浓度的相关关系。结果四个地区个体PM_(2.5)小时平均浓度明显高于环保监测站点PM_(2.5)浓度。每个地区调查对象在家停留的时间约占1 d的70%。辛集调查对象居住地离环保监测站点距离为(42 108.8±643.1)m,明显高于其他三个地区。每个地区大气PM_(2.5)浓度与个体暴露浓度具有较强相关性,相关系数为0.41~0.84(P<0.001)。研究地区监测站点与个体暴露浓度线性拟合情况存在差异,其中哈尔滨道里地区拟合水平相对较低。结论个体暴露PM_(2.5)浓度与大气污染程度具有较好的一致性,居住地附近的固定监测站点数据可对人群污染物暴露水平的进行较好评估。 Objective To understand the relationship between fixed-site monitoring concentration and personal exposure level of PM2.5, and to provide support for better implementation of PM2.5 health risk assessment. Methods A total of 79 subjects were recruited for PM2.5 personal exposure assessment in Harbin, Jinan, Shijiazhuang, and Chengdu during September to November,2017. Basic information and daily activities of the subjects were recorded through questionnaire. The ambient PM2.5 mass concentration were determined from the nearest monitoring site and Spearman correlation test was conducted to assess the relationship between ambient air concentration and personal exposure level of PM2.5. Results Personal exposure levels of PM2.5 were higher than ambient PM2.5 concentrations in the studied areas. The period spent indoor for subjects accounted for approximately 70% in a whold day. The distance between monitoring site and studied community was(42 108.8 ±643.1) m in Xinji, which was higher than those in other areas. Ambient PM2.5 concentration showed higher correlation with personal exposure level and the correlation coefficients were 0.41-0.84( P 〈0.001). The linear fitting results differed among the studied areas, a lower fitting level was seen in Harbin. Conclusion Personal exposure level is correlated with ambient air concentration of PM2.5. The monitoring data of PM2.5 from the nearest site of living community are considered as the credible data for population exposure level assessment of PM2.5.
