赤霉素对陈年包瓜种子发芽的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Gibberellin on Germination of Aged Melon Seeds

摘要 前人研究表明,使用赤霉素药液处理甜瓜、西葫芦等植物的陈年种子,可对其萌发有促进作用。然而,国内外关于赤霉素处理包瓜种子的报道很少。本试验设置了150 mg/L、250 mg/L和350 mg/L三种不同浓度的赤霉素以及8 h和12 h两种不同浸种时间对陈年包瓜种子进行浸泡处理,筛选出最佳浸种浓度和时间来改善包瓜陈年种子的萌发情况,为指导蔬果生产提供理论依据。试验的结果显示,用浓度为350 mg/L赤霉素药液处理种子8 h后陈年包瓜种子的发芽势最高,为0.42。用150 mg/L、250 mg/L和350 mg/L三种赤霉素浓度处理8 h后可促进陈年包瓜种子根重增加。各处理组合较对照组能明显提高陈年包瓜种子的发芽势,但对陈年包瓜种子发芽率的影响并不明显。 According to studies,the use of gibberellic acid to treat the seeds of plants such as melon and summer squash could promote their germination.However,domestic and foreign reports on the treatment of melon seeds with gibberellin are rare.In this experiment,different concentrations of gibberellin(150 mg/L,250 mg/L and350 mg/L)and different seed soaking time(8 h and 12 h)were used to soak the seeds of the aged cucurbits.It was hoped that the best soaking concentration and time could be selected to improve seed germination of the seeds of the melon seeds and provide theoretical guidance for the production of fruits and vegetables.The experimental results showed that the germination potential of the aged cucurbit seeds was the highest(0.42)after the seeds were treated with gibberellin at the concentration of 350 mg/L for 8 h.The increase of root weight of aged cucurbit seeds was promoted after 8 h treatment with 150 mg/L,250 mg/L and 350 mg/L gibberellin concentration.Compared with the control group,each treatment combination can significantly increase the germination potential of the aged C.melo seeds,but the effect on the germination rate of the aged C.melon seeds is not obvious.
